Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed, in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The return must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • A valid order number must be provided when initiating the return.

How to Return

Returning an item is simple. Just follow these three steps:

    Email us at support@babyfort.in with your order number and the reason for your return. Include a photo if the item is damaged or defective.

    Get Confirmation
    Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. We'll also let you know if your item qualifies for a free return pickup.
  • 3
    Ship It Back
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can monitor your return shipment.

For damaged or defective items, please attach a clear photo when you email us. This helps us process your return faster — no need to send the item back in most cases.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order — but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologise and will make it right immediately.

  • Contact us at support@babyfort.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Share a clear photo or short video of the damage along with your order number.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
  • You will not be required to return the damaged item in most cases. Our team will guide you through the process.
