At BabyFort, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Every package is carefully packed to ensure your muslin essentials arrive in perfect condition — fresh, folded, and ready for your little one. Read below to understand how our shipping works.
Free Shipping on Orders Above ₹499
No promo codes needed. No minimum item count. Just add your favourite BabyFort muslin essentials to your cart and enjoy free standard shipping anywhere in India — automatically applied at checkout.
Once you place an order and payment is confirmed, here's what happens before your package is dispatched:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed before 12 PM IST on a business day are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email and SMS confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.
During festive seasons (Diwali, New Year, etc.) or sale periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll always keep you informed.
We offer two delivery options to suit your needs:
Express shipping availability and charges vary by location. You'll see the options available for your pin code at checkout before placing the order.

Exact shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. No surprises — ever.
We keep you updated every step of the way. Here's how your order journey looks:
- Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email within 24 hours.
- Use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time directly on the courier's website.
- If you don't receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us at support@babyfort.in.
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities. Remote areas including Jammu & Kashmir, Northeastern states, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands may incur additional charges or extended delivery timelines.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to:
- Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters affecting courier operations.
- Public holidays or festive season backlogs at courier hubs.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout.
- Unavoidable logistic disruptions by the courier partner.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us at support@babyfort.in and we will follow up with our courier partner on your behalf.
